Personally, the idea that someone must provide a detailed biography to "justify" or "pacify" others about their "qualifications" of being a certain thing is something we find deeply disturbing. No one is obligated to know our history, disabilities, trauma, or anything else. The only people who are going to be privy to our medical or trauama history will be our close friends, family, and medical professionals. Therefore, if your intent in reading this page is to "decide" whether or not we have a "right" to be what we are, I implore you use the backspace bar and read over the resources we provide on our main content page. Hello! We as of yet lack a formal name for our system, as no one can agree on anything.

We most identify with the term "facets." That would make us a median system, as far as we currently know. While we have done a great deal of research, the Plural community is rather divided, and we are still doing our best to learn the correct terminology with which to describe ourselves.

We don't have any amnesia barriers at present, though they have existed briefly in the past. Particularly, Megatron and Albert can cause brief (but mostly inoffensive) blackouts during high stress. Notably, these only last several seconds to several minutes, typically when the body is in active physical danger. That means that we will all know who you are, and our relation to you, at any given time.

There is not enough separation to warrent each facet to be an entire personality, though there are marked differences between all of them. Think of it as having a sheet of paper; tear that paper several times, but don't tear it so far that it separates from the main piece. Or, of course, you can think of it like a cut gem; each facet reflects differently, but they are all a part of the same stone. Hopefully these analogies are helpful.

Twilight is likely who you will meet first. Hyper-friendly and helpful, polite but not a doormat. Sky-Byte is much more excitable, and will broach less appropriate topics, or be more brash than Twilight. David, the host (or "gem," if you will, lol), only allows himself around after Twilight and Sky-Byte feel the person they are interacting with is "safe" (i.e. not actively abusive, seeking us out as a therapist, being guilt-trippy, isn't an exclusionist or TERF, etc.). After that point you are likely only going to be speaking to David. The rest of our facets are either actively surpressed in some manner (to prevent miscommunication or harm), or just don't like people.

You are free to ask to talk to the others, however, understand that most don't enjoy interacting with people.

It will be most helpful if you understand, first and foremost, that our facets are using the names and faces of fictional characters to more easily represent themselves. Some certainly have "canon memories" or similar things (those being Albert and Maxwell), but not all of them are directly ripped from the media they share with their face and name. So, Twilight isn't necessarily the Twilight. Therefore, we probably do not "share" a canon.

That said, we may very well get along fantastically with another facet/alter/headmate/etc. from a shared media. Albert actively searches for Annette, William, and Sherry, but also keeps an eye out for Chris (we suppose there must be some irony here). He's met at least one alter of Annette, and got along swimmingly with her.

If you have a problem with doubles, we suppose you should leave us be. There are surely plenty of reasons someone could be uncomfortable with the idea, but it falls rather to firmly into "exclusionist" territory for us, so we ask you not interact with us if you are opposed to doubles. We're pretty sure we're still on some kid's DNI list for being kin with the same character they were.
